A Collection of Poetry | by Christina Hamilton April 15, 2012 | $0.99 | 3074 words | Sample 20% |
| Author bio: I love adventure and I enjoy being able to help people. I absolutely love to read. It has been my favorite activity since I was 11 or 12 years old. I also love to write. When I was a teen writing was my outlet. I wrote down all the crazy things that I was feeling inside. My mother encouraged this practice and I must say that I am very glad that she did. It provided an escape for me. I didn't feel like I was being judged and I still got everything out and always felt much better. My dream is to be a writer. So, thank you to everyone who reads my writings. |

Artemis | by Becky Carr April 08, 2012 | $2.99 | 3362 words | Sample 5% |
| Author bio: I began writing at a very young age (I'm not exactly sure when). The first major project I did was an adaptation of Peter Pan for my fourth grade class to perform, then, my teachers had me also write a Christmas play. I've always loved reading and have immersed myself in such books as The Chronicles of Narnia, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, And The Lord of the Rings since early childhood. This has leant my writing style to more gothic-style fantasy and occult fiction, but also some poetry. My ninth grade English teacher read a few of my scribblings and suggested I enter a poetry contest. I did, and my first poem was recognized. Thus began my professional writing life. At 16, one of my poems was featured in a Texas High School Anthology which the aforementioned English teacher now holds in her classroom. From that point until this I've called myself a writer. |

Personify This | by Donald Enz April 04, 2012 | $2.99 | 3877 words | Sample 25% |
| Author bio: I was born in 1946 and raised in central Illinois. During my youth, I was lucky to be able to visit my parent's families each summer in two very small towns and had, in my opinion, free range over what I did. It was a great and unique experience that allowed my imagination to grow wild. I started to write and paint at a very early age and have been lucky to be able to continue my creativity my entire life. To do so has caused many difficulties at times, but I wouldn't trade a second of it. Being creative and being able to express myself in paintings, sculptures, and writing has made me a better person. I recommend creative freedom to everyone. I have a BS degree in English, an MA in sculpture, and an MFA in ceramics. |

| Author bio: My name Angelique LaFontaine. I was born in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I'm 32 years old and currently live in Dallas, TX. I am employed as a Mechanical Engineer but spend much of my time painting and writing I have been building my work collection for the last 15 years and it includes paintings, sketches, poetry compilations, novels, digital short stories and much more. I do not limit my writing to one specific genre but I tend to lean more toward fiction fantasy. I love the idea of not having boundaries when writing. If you can think it, in my story, it could happen. In 2008, I released my first poetry compilation. This collection was entitled Walking Before You Run. It is a collection of 75 poems that I've written over the years. In 2010 I released Sandstone and Mirrors: The Crossover. I have many more books and short stories that I am preparing to release. Besides writing, I love to paint and sketch. I enjoy working with acrylic mainly but from time to time, work with other mediums. Currently my work is being displayed in the Little Elm Library in Little Elm TX. It has been rotated throughout different locations in the Dallas area.
