Leaving For You
I have something to tell you
I've got to go, in a way you'll never see me again
We won't cross paths, and we won't hear tales
You have to forget my name
All I do is cause you hurt, and what is there to gain?
I'm leaving you, because I love you, please don't ask me to stay
I know I can't resist you
I love you in every single way
I don't want to hurt you though, I don't want your love to fray
I'm doing this to protect you, for the benefit of your heart
I don't want to die someday
Knowing it'll tear you apart
Davie Magill
GoodBye
Whenever I need you,
Whenever I need to be held
Whenever I'm falling
Whenever my love for you has bled
You leave me waiting
When all I need is you so near
You leave me missing
With a pain I feel so dear
Why is it you won't listen
Why can't you hear me cry
Why is it i'm calling?
Perhaps we'll find out someday, when I say, goodbye
Davie Magill
My empty space
You know since you've left me
Life hasn't been the same
I really, really miss you
And my heart has been in pain
I remember all those times
We talked on the phone
Because i really miss you
I can't bear to be alone
You know i really miss you
Are you too blind to see
That an eternity without you
Is too much pain for me
So lets get back together
To the way we were before
I really really miss you
And want to be with you once more
Davie Magill
All That Needs To Be Said
We're separated so far apart
But i've never felt so close to you
And I miss you and you know I do
You've never been so far away
But your only down the street
I could walk to your house right now
And give into love and defeat
All I want is to hold your hand
To have you by my side
Theres no point running away from you when I can never hide
And it feels like your so far away
I could smile at you when you walk past, each and every day
And all I want is you back and I know what i'd have to say
I love you, I always have
Your a lot more than a friend
I need you and I always will
I need you here to lend a hand
Keep me, keep me safe, from all harm across the land
Don't let me slowly slip away
Down through sinking quicksand
All I need is you to tell me i'll be okay
Thats all it takes to make me smile, all you need to say
Don't worry about anything else, don't watch me walk away
Hold on to me, don't let me go, just hold on another day
It'll all be worth it in the end, it'll all work out okay
Just tell me that you love me, because its all You need to say

Monologue poem
My last mistake, the worst i've made, though all is fake, our love did fade, and now I ask new, please take my heart, please keep it safe, don't tear me apart, This vicious nature, and loves wild ride, a new adventure, you by my side, we'll start afresh our love is gold, i have nothing left, all but my love, is sold, Our constant battle, the broken rules of love, you are my saddle, it won't work with you above, but i have to let go and say goodbye, i cannot hold you close, can't watch you die, What is this plan? Why all of this pain? All i want i a man, no-one special just plain, someone who won't be taken or lost, someone i can love, that the only cost, I don't want them taken, don't want to say "goodbye", i feel i've been forsaken, my love left to die, what is the point in life, without someone to live for, i want them to stay, not leave through a door...
Davie Magill
All those things about you
Sometimes, I don't understand
At these moments i'll hold your hand
I'll look at your face, it'll smile, as we embrace, and it makes me smile back too.
Thinking this brings back memories, brings back all those things I once knew,
Sometimes I want to forget what life's all about, my love for you.
Because you once broke my heart, you tripped me at the end,
And I had to restart, and i miss your hand, softly comforting mine, its these memories that last in my mind
I don't remember all that you did, only the sweet little quirks you had in you, the way your tickled my back if we were standing side by side, trying not to stand out and hide.
I'll always remember how you liked to whisper in my ear, how you stood up and came out and faced all that you feared.
What i'll remember most and I don't know why is how you grabbed my hand in public, pulled me close and always kissed me goodbye.
But perhaps the most standout of all, the way you'd lean across the table in front of your family, whisper you loved me, and kiss me for all to see.
I loved you, and you broke my heart. I don't know what to do without you, now we are apart, i'm just waiting for someone else to come along, until then i guess i'll just have to be strong.

Earth and the Moon
The earth withstands the test of time
Its heart must be greatly stronger than mine
Earth lost its soul, its grass and its trees
You broke my heart, and brought me to my knees
The earth is the only planet with a living race
But not as alone as me, with this empty space
It stands up against the stronger sun
Unlike I did for you, my only one
The moon makes the tide go in and out
I hated when we argue, scream and shout
But without the moon the earth would die
Like how I felt when you said, "goodbye"
So lets stay together like the earth and the moon
For you only my heart does swoon
It yearns for your head against my chest
To lie together when we're tired to rest
