Life doesn’t have to end here,
Life can begin once again,
Trust in me and believe in me
And then you will be truly free.

If I were to die tomorrow
I would still be happy
For the things I saw
And for what I felt
For the gifts I received
And the gifts I gave
For having loved
And for having been loved.
For each day I lived
And for each day the world will live without me.

From the darkness
And the eternal night
The light was born
And it gave me wings
To fly straight to Heaven.
Signs from God
I do not walk this earth alone,
I do not travel the seas by myself,
I do not climb mountains on my own.
Though no man may be with me,
I shall still alone not be,
For with me I shall always have
My creator and life guide.
And in my life, emptiness never will there be
For everywhere I look I see signs from God.
From the glimpse of an angel's wings,
To the feeling of being amongst loved ones, even when there is no-one around.
From the sun shinning after the storm,
To the sound of laughter after the shedding of many tears.
From the dragons I slay with a lance that I am not holding
To the knowledge that every day spent under the sun
Is a day spent in God's love.

Leads my footsteps,
I can find my way,
Even in the dark.

When you vanish from the light,
I shall look for you in the shadows
And I pray that you will be there
Waiting for me.
Advice for Living
Don’t let your tears
Fall on empty ground,
Don’t let your cries
Fall on deaf ears,
Don’t let your signs of anguish
Fall on blind eyes.
Don’t cower in the shadows
With your soul full of darkness,
But stand tall in the sun,
Don’t keep your hands by your side,
But reach out to touch those who are beside you,
Don’t crawl on your knees alone
When you can stand by a whole nation
Of people just like you.

Your patience everlasting
Your love forever more.
Every tear you ever shed
Shall water thirsty land
And the misery you gathered
Shall slip through your hands.

Roses made of gold,
Petals that unfold,
Morning dew that sets upon thee,
Happiness that lays before me,
Tomorrow's just a step away.
Different but the same
We are all different
But the same,
And from our unison
We gave to gain
A world of peace
And harmony
Where you will all
Let me be.
Hope for tomorrow
It matters not
What happens to me.
It matters not
What happens to you.
It matters not even
What happens to any of us.
All that matters
Is that the sun rises tomorrow.

She, as the dawn,
She, as the roses,
She, as the sea.
Dark never reaches,
Light always here.

Hope
Secrets of the morning
Creep up without warning.
Hope appears forgotten
And the future but a dream.
Yet from the ashes, life is born
And we continue on the road
That leads straight to eternity.
My true home
I travelled here
I travelled there
I travelled almost everywhere.
I found happiness
And I found sorrow.
Sweet and sour
Both together.
I lived to die,
I died to live,
And all so I could say:
"I'm finally home!"
Life
I love the way
The sun rises and sets.
I love the way
The moon shines up above.
I love the way
The sky reaches down
To touch the earth.
I love the way
The world turns around.
And I love the way
I still live.
Friendship
Though seasons come
And seasons go
Though days may pass
And days may flow
I shall stay
My friendship too
For I know
That in this world
All I have is you.
Free to see the world
Let me be free
Like a bird in a tree.
Let me know
The wind beneath my wings.
And let me see
All the world's wondrous things.
To succeed
Before me there is a mountain,
I can but try to climb it.
Before me there is a river,
I can but try to cross it.
Before me there will be something everyday
And I can but try to succeed.
Dreams
Dreams, desires, needs,
I know all of these.
I dream of a peaceful world,
I desire happiness for all,
I need to believe in my dreams,
I need to believe in my desires.
The sky above me
Is forever changing,
Darker and darker it is becoming.
But I still believe,
For I need no proof to believe,
Hope is all I need.
Hope in dreams, desires, needs.
The Beauty of Life
I speak your name
With unbounded admiration,
I speak your name
With absolute respect.
There is never a day
That I do not think of you,
There is never a day
That I do not long for
The reminder of your existence
With one simple touch.
But the fear of death
Distracts me from you
And makes me forget you.
When the sun sets
I cry bitter tears,
But with the sunrise
I see that you are still there,
Oh, how I adore you life!

Immortal heart
And eternal soul.
Pain never-ending
And bitterness that causes dissension.
Tormenting thoughts,
Nightmares that haunt you.
The future is uncertain
And the shadows threaten you.
You are not human,
But you have human weaknesses.
You are not human,
But you have human blessings.
You offer opportunities and choices.
You give joy and pain,
Tears and happiness.
You have no name
But you have a quality.
And what you are
I say out loud:
"Life".

Dancing to music
Only I can hear
I turn to face the world
And all of the uncertainties
That life holds for me.
I stand tall, and I stand proud,
Though my feet may tremble
And my pulse my race,
For I have the courage to face life
And all that life brings,
And forever shall I seek the light,
Though the comforts of darkness
May beckon me,
For with darkness come shackles
And I wish to live as a free man.

Brings a chance for a better day,
A brighter sun,
A bluer sky.

Brings the hope of a light that will not fade,
A smile that will not dim.

Brings us a step closer
To redemption,

To fullness of life.

Notes to a long forgotten tune of happiness
In a dark world of smile-less faces
And broken dreams.

I love the shadows on the walls,
They have a story to tell.
I love the wind that blows through the trees,
It has a song to sing.
I love the way the sky reaches down to touch the earth,
Showing a love so profound it makes me weep each night before I go to sleep,
Beyond the fields, the hills and all the oceans blue.
