To Grieve No More

To look into your eyes

To be set free

To cast away the veil

To stand before the shadows of what once was you and I

To breathe that breath I’ve yearned to feel the fire of

To come inside and touch your heart as I once did

If you’re real

If this really happened, can it be one more time to know it’s not a dream

To live that moment once again

To lie naked by your side and know no other place on Earth is home to my soul like in your arms

Where your words calm the restless shadows of torment and my heart will grieve no more

Only You

Walk with me along this dark and lonely beach. Sit with me beneath this veil of stars above and listen as the night unfolds in this cold and painful place. In these moments of despair and touch the depths of all my sorrows; whom like the waves which pound against this shore haunt me evermore with your words consuming me from within. Lying here naked and cold hoping it’s your touch instead of them who’ve come to calm me, to help me face this emptiness. To carry me into the night and seduce me once again.

Please take this pain away with you; don’t leave me here like this, come inside and fill me with your warmth. Where I can feel your heart next to mine, your hand to hold and that sudden urge to kiss your lips. To look into the eyes that penetrate the me I long to give to you. Saved by the warmth of your passion making me whole once again in your arms is the only home I’ve ever known where I am enslaved once more by only you.

Soy Aquel

Soy tu luz, tu corazon, tu destino. Soy aquel.

My Georgia

Like the morning mist embracing the fields of Georgia cotton rising gently across this overcast cool morning. Like the shadows of another dawn awakening to meet the shores of eternity in the arms of another day. A pearl lying naked on a blanket of stars you this quaint old soul Savannah. Rivers that roar into the night crashing through mountains of steel and stone. Beyond the pinelands your fertile wilderness. Who can erase your beauty from the pages of time so divine? Your memory preserved lies waiting to be taken up like the sands that greet the footprints of a new day. Your valleys so full and majestic, forever behold the treasures gloriously portrayed in the lore of yesteryears. Rusted tales, warriors like timeless cobblestones; masts whose heavenly shadows laid bare their bounty unto the winds. Chariots whose wagon wheels came to rest upon your doors. Eyes as blue as an April sky in her infancy she cries, “My Georgia”.

Ashes Of Yesterday

The shadow of your smile cast upon the soul of my heart soothes the scars left behind, eternal memories of the craving torture of your touch. Endless nights in the solemn emptiness of your absence. Scattered pieces of our past paved by these tears that have come to rest upon my breasts. My strength is drawn from this solitude my way to know my pain to help me bury this love I felt for you. To vanish this shame, to walk again out of this secluded space within myself that hid the scars the wounds you left behind. The torn pieces discarded about, orphaned. Trashed and abandoned lying there meaningless to you; lifeless, ashes of yesterday.

You Loving Me

Like no one ever has or ever will, touched my lips, melting softly passionately deeply inside of you. To feel your burning body against mine drenched in sweat consuming me, overpowering me. Tightly, breathlessly and uncontrollably; a sudden tingling rush embracing the landscape of our lust. This canvas of silk and satin stained juices, wet, dripping. A profile cast by shadows embedded on the walls, silhouettes of passion’s tainted touch. Scattered glimpses strewn about flashing painting images, turning pages, pastels of sparkling rainbows.

Desires conceived while our hearts lie melting breathless, soaking, and showered by the sparks of an enflamed lust. Speechless moments craving the touch of one more yearning sigh rhythmically woven, as the precipice of one more dawn explodes within you loving me.

Wishing

If it was simply a dream all I want is to wake up and take hold of you for just one minute before it’s too late to start wishing again. I never meant for it to end this way. Me holding on to what is left of this broken heart and you dragging yours back home, once again wishing it never happened to us.

I wish I could be there to put my arms around you, to help mend the past, to start a new beginning like when it all seemed so real. When you couldn’t stay away long enough. When you couldn’t breathe for all the longing, when that all consuming passion ran through your veins and wishes came true.

When We Were Us

Tell me why my heart yearns so

when I hear your words so deep within?

It’s like you never went away, like

you’ve never been here with me, always.

Tell me why I don’t feel so cold anymore

even though way deep inside am dying to

feel your warmth again? To let me know I am still alive in your heart in your eyes, in your lips. So many times I’ve heard those footsteps and pictured you beside me, here. I’ve heard and felt the comfort of your touch once again, like when we were us.
