Another Pledge

As I stare into your nervous eyes
The fear of lessons learned glows bright
And the walls of pain stand strong
But listen to this aching heart
to love is to grow
To trust is to make a new start
I know your past of burned up feelings
I know that change will not come easy
But your walls of doubt prevent true healing
And choke your future of hope
I am before you an open man
With only myself to give
I now will say this only once
You are all I need to live
Close your eyes and dream in peace
My soul will guard your precious heart
My heart will server your precious dreams
And I shall love you for eternity...

CEC

It’s the start of a summer day
It’s the smell of ocean spray
When I think of you
The awe of planets that move
The awe of art in the Louvre
When I think of you
Let me be with you
Let me make love to you
Let me look into your eyes so deep
Let me be a part of you
Forever

The Java Road Girl

Hair blazen red
move of sheer grace
though nothing has been said
this is a moment of time and space
you came and sat beside me
I was astonished to surmise
you could have sat anywhere you see
the air filled with your scent
I am lost for word
and content
the structure has collapsed
oh shit
I am lost without words
to the emotion
I must explore
I must experience
what are you
who are you
I need to know
do you know who you are
do you know
what you want
I know that I
may
or may not
I must give it up
you will leave
and I will be
alone
again

SAS

If she were here
there is a passion in the wind tonight
A passion in your eyes
A feeling coming over me
I know I cannot disguise
Please tell me that you see in me
That passion that never dies
I turn my eyes to distant lands
of wealth now yet unconquered
I feel around me grasping hands
I have been kissed by a rose
In my rising age of euphoria
the tide it turns the feeing grows
endear yourself to me
kiss me again

My Fears Of The Night Will Chase Me

My fears of the night will chase me
The shadows of dark they will pursue
I need you to love me
I want you to love me

Out past the weeping willow

In open fields of fall grass
I will meet you
After the sun goes down
And mother moon is on the rise
I will hold you

When the blue light of night
reflects on desire in your eyes
I will love you

Morality and Love

Love is a forlorn outcast
Thrown away by lust
And cast asunder by desire.
Do you question the need?
Do you weigh the ends?
What a weight is this morality
when so few seem to care?
Do you know why moral is just?
Moral is subjective.
Why is wrong.
If not everyone feels its wrong?
Why is right
IF not everyone feels its right?
There is no stone to the structure of morality.
There is only liquid reality.

Hard To Find

You said to me your pissed
all about chills and bills
repression and suppression
and just about everything else

Well little girl get a clue
the streets that we drive
are paved on two sides
and I'm in the same bus too

The day that rain fell in paradise
you packed your pretty little shack
promising never to return
and I was left in the Vice

So you spend your nights
tripping around the town
thinking your so free
that that's the way you want to be

I'm left here in the morning mist
with goals I'd hoped to see
Shades of what I had always prayed
You are I were meant to be

Celestial

I see the value of the sun at high noon.
I feel the power of the moon in phases.
I experience the sky full of infinite stars.
I am among the heavens.
I turn and twist my changing path.
Never keeping the same expression .
To try and escape the momentum takes me
to the limits of natural law

Sensuality

My auburn lips kiss the blazen sky
In the fires of passion.
My trembling hands reach up and grasp
the pale white moon
In the shower of desire.
My celestial body
Is consumed in love
And the white hot stars
When we make love

Patricia

Love incarnate
I see in you
A twist of fate
good luck so true
In you my friend I see
A pillar of strength
Beauty by the lord's decree
A friend to any length
I see in you those simple things
That come so hard for me
I am your friend with no strings
For all the world to see

I Cry When You Lie

I cry when you lie
and you wonder why
Deceit can be sweet
until you’re out on the street
you run with the night
in celestial flight
and leave me alone
you've left me alone

Alone, the dark can play tricks with your mind
the demons of jealousy are so unkind
I hear you walk away

I cry when you lie
and you wonder why
I turn cold to the bone
Weighted down with a heart of stone
But I cannot turn away
my heart cries for you to stay
but you leave me alone
You've left me alone

I can see in the dark
that I am slipping away
the reality is stark
that I am slipping away
I'm losing myself

I cry when you lie
and don't you wonder why
the flower will die
when you don't even try

your out with the night
in a celestial flight
but deceit can be sweet
until you’re out on the street

Tonight I'm alone
In the absence of light
I'm losing my sense
of what is wrong or right

I can see in the dark
(that I am slipping away)
The reality's stark
(that I am slipping away)

If you can please save me
(cause I am slipping away)
Save me
(you know I'll beg you to stay)
Please save me.

AAB

It is such a shame
when the weather turns cold
it is such a shame
when you suddenly feel old

Why did you leave
why did you go
help me to see
what I do not know

I feel so sad
when leaves die and fall
I feel so sad
I just cannot deal with it all

you just walked right out
not a second thought
why on earth did you do that
this paradigm I am caught

When I cry the icicles fall
piercing the sky
my sadness flows in a ragging river
To the sea of despair

I do not expect
you will grieve for me
I do not resolve
that you will ever see

Poor Baby

Little boy talkin' about sex
and how bad he wants her hex
but what'll he do the morning after
when she's up and gone
and all he'll remember is her laughter
Poor baby
he got what he asked for
he bought from the discount store

She wanted him so bad
the lost consumed her thought
she crushed the guy that loved her
to play with the guy that used her
but the game is over now
left alone to wonder how
Poor baby

You get what you pay for
when you shop at the discount store
I'm not trying to preach
but the cost of easy love
may be more than you bargained for
